Q. Do I need to make a booking before dropping off my computer?

A. No, you can just bring your computer in to one of our stores. No appointment required.



Q. What are your opening times?

A. We are open between 9:00am and 5:30pm from Monday to Friday. Pimlico store will be open on Saturdays between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Closed during Bank Holiday weekends.



Q. Can you repair my Apple device if it is out of the warranty period?

A. Yes, we offer various cost effective service and repair solutions using genuine Apple components.



Q. What about my data, I have years of pictures and work on my computer?

A. As long as the hard drive is not beyond repair we offer a data backup service which will keep your important information safe. We also offer a more in-depth data recovery service if required.
